Pastrata is amazing! Truly the best margarita I’ve ever had in my life, so refreshing! The owner Pastrata and his dog are so friendly. I have a gluten allergy and Pastrata was so accommodating and have multiple gluten free options (almost the whole menu!) which is rare to see even in the US. This restaurant was in walking distance from our AirBnb and was so clutch during our time in DR. They are very aware of Gluten allergies and cross contamination and they do make your pizza separately in a separate area. The pricing is also very decent. The pizza was actually pretty good and my friends who are not gluten free tasted the pizza and also enjoyed it.

The food is very delicious. I follow a gluten-free diet and Pedro the Chef helped me with everything. He even offered special dishes for me that he personally brought to me.
The attention in the lounge at the reception was very good. But it's the second day that the girl was there and she doesn't have the best way to serve us.
