An awesome and safe gluten free option for celiacs in Dubrovnik! As a tourist, I feel so lucky to try Croatia’s ćevapi in a Gluten Free way. The bread was made in house and was so soft and fresh. Outside the old town, but so worth the walk! I recommend to any celiac and their family too! Our server was very kind!

A very unpleasant experience for a Sunday morning with family and friends. We had a bag of bread to take home, but they asked us not to bring it in because it is gluten free - we still understand and respect that, so I asked if we could have sand with us, but I didn't get a concrete answer (there was also sand at the table next to us ), and after 10 minutes of sitting, the waitress comes to me and says that we will have to go out because there are some people sitting outside and that she forgot to tell us that they are actually waiting to sit inside. After we settled down and left the bread outside, they asked us to go out anyway - terrible experience, very arrogant unkind girl, we have never experienced anything like that.

The **Pantarul** restaurant in Dubrovnik, whose name means "fork", provides a superior fine dining experience in a pleasant, intimate setting that reminds you of the feeling of home. For appetizers, we tried steak tartare and ceviche. Although ceviche is not part of the permanent menu, it was part of the weekly offer and delighted us with its refreshing combination of sour and fresh notes, ideal for awakening all the senses. We tried the veal steak, also part of the weekly offer, in two varieties - medium rare and well done. Although both versions were delicious, we recommend medium rare to fully enjoy the juiciness and full flavor of the meat. In addition to all that, we followed the recommendation of the excellent waiters and tasted local wines, which went perfectly with our dishes. The wines were outstanding and further enriched the entire gastronomic experience. For dessert, we chose a gluten-free almond cake with vanilla cream. The light texture of the cake with its rich almond flavor blended perfectly with the vanilla cream, providing an ideal ending to the dinner. Pantarul is not afraid to experiment with flavors, resulting in dishes that awaken all the senses. If you are looking for a place in Dubrovnik where you will feel at home, but with a touch of sophistication and innovation, Pantarul is the right choice.
