I came in on April 4th, around 8pm, I was an hour late for my reservation, i was having major anxiety and felt like an ass for being so late. Your staff were unbelievably kind and helpful. The staff here were the absolutely nicest I have ever encountered. I was really struggling that day and everyone helped turn my day around (even though I know I was acting weird). I really needed a night out and I am really thankful to everyone. Also having a seperate gluten free menu is amazing!

A gem of Brantford. Small and inviting with a show of flaming dishes, Fume blends a chic exposed industrial interior with decadence, and serves food to match. The service was quick and efficient with honest servers, recommending household faves. Celiac friendly, and can I just say, Iโve never had better shrimp tacos in my life.
My wife and myself stopped by here for supper on a Thursday evening, and definitely will be a go to place to eat while we are in Brantford!I had the fish and chips and i ordered 2 pieces of fish, each piece had to be 10 inch long ,loads of fries and a large amount of coleslaw to boot,my wife ordered a gluten free Mediterranean pasta with loads of very large shrimp all for under 50 dollars. The food comes out very quickly and very hot.The server her name was Ali informed us of the specials and very friendly and extremely good at her job.Awesome place to enjoy a great meal with tons of food at a very reasonable price.
So friendly and thier food is amazing! Love that they xan always accommodate my food restrictions and allergies.
Wonderful gluten-free options without the crazy upcharge to go with it.
Buffet is way overpriced . Place is very dirty basically filthy . Buffet food is not hot or fresh .
Staff said they donโt make cocktails ( like a screw driver ) even though full bar area . Staff complained to customers about being busy .
One gross dessert that was gluten free.
Went for dinner with the hubby and had the zucchini noodles with grilled shrimp for dinner (gluten-free, of course!), paired with a gluten-free bun, toasted with garlic butter, all quite flavorful! Enjoyed it with a red wine sangria. For dessert, I couldn't resist the sweet chocolate brownie, served warm, and added a scoop of chocolate ice cream with it. The combination of warm and cold chocolaty goodness was a delicious way to end the meal! Also, Vanessa was our server and was very personable, friendly, and pleasant. Normally I'd consider going to Symposium for breakfast/brunch/lunch, but we were very happy to have chosen this place for dinner this time and would absolutely come again another night.
The food was so good and worth the cost. I'm celiac and got gluten free. The owner is so knowledgeable and careful with making sure the kitchen is as celiac safe as possible.
