Love this place. They do both gluten free and standard baked goods plus a big variety of vegan treats and they're all spectactulor. They recently open a coffee shop inside too. The bougie drinks are a little on the sweet side for my taste but I can't argue with the quality. It's delicious! (the cold brew especially). I'm in trouble with them so convenitently close to my office.
Love this place! They have the best gluten free pizza options. I often order the BBQ chicken and it’s always made just right.
Would definitely recommend!

The Shady Brunch
Pur and Simple is just like the name. It’s very on par with a Cora’s but with a more modern atmosphere. 3 of us dined in and wait was not long. Location is great for anyone in tri cities or Surrey/langley. There are other locations in BC also. Large multi page menu of breakfast and lunch options from omelettes to burgers and crepes. There are options for those with food allergies as menu does list gluten sensitive options and you can order vegan as well.
For gluten free/celiac: shared toaster for gf bread and crepes are shared cooking space so ask for gf bread to be prepared in a pan or grill and skip the crepes. I do wish their cooperate team would find a way to make gf creases separate from regular crepes. It seems odd that a company would go out of the way to have a gf batter but eliminate those who need to have the batter the most.
I ordered a side of P and S potatoes and a gf avocado toast with fruit. Toast was cooked in a pan. Server and host were friendly and knowledge about the menu. Food prices were good for the nice portion side.
Will be back.
We have eaten at this family run cafe since it opened 7 years ago, and not once have we been disappointed! The service is is excellent. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is fresh, full of flavor & so delicious.
The menu has so much to choose from & they cater to your every need, weather vegan, gluten free, celiac, dairy free, the list is endless.
brunch, lunch, dinner… as well as meals to go, & they “ CATER! “
Don’t forget to call & order for your staff functions, Family party’s or celebrations.
The Chef is amazing, goes above & beyond, you won’t be disappointed.
Thank you Yoga Chef. We’ll be back And will definitely recommend! 💕
I don’t usualy leave reviews ever, nor am I complainer. I’m pretty disappointed, de dutch is one of my favorite breakfast place and this location is so unproffesional. The service is terrible and I am celiac I ask for a gluten free panekeok and the server gave me one with gluten. I am going to be so sick because of this servers carelessness and she denied that the manager was there to my husband, I found out shortly later the manager was there and when I spoke to the manager she was not anymore caring and understanding then the server. My husband also still had to pay lol … very disappointed. Shame on them! they are a restaurant!! dietary restrictions need to be takin seriously. Common sense
Super friendly and accommodating staff! I ordered online because I was in the mood for IHOP and didn’t want to leave the house. I noticed on the IHOP website there was no option to substitute gluten free pancakes so I called in and they made a note of my name and order to make the change. I actually, embarrassingly wrote a bad review initially because I thought I was given regular pancakes but their GF pancakes are actually just that good- it’s hard to tell. Then I saw the box had “GF pan :)” written on it and I felt so bad after the staff was so kind to me. Anyway, great service, good food. Will be ordering again!
Pretty average bistro (went for lunch/breakfast) with few items that are authentically polish. Majority seem to be a spin off on classic Canadian-American-European brunch items. Happy to see though offering of gluten free, and vegetarian options. We had the cabbage rolls (GOŁĄBK) and Amersterdam omelette.Great presentation and portions, but flavours were just average - nothing outstanding.
Very relaxed atmosphere, art deco art inspire with a modern twist. Healthy food options and cater to Celiacs ❤️ Fries are gluten free for all you patatoe lovers❤️ I had the Prawn Power Bowl with their Rose Wine❤️ they also catered to my other allergies * Dairy, Soy and Peanut Oil* our server and Hostess were very friendly and caring and the kicthen staff taking care of dietary needs ❤️
Stopped in for the first time in a long time actually. A friend of mine and myself were just going to stop in for a couple quick Beers, but decided on a couple Appetizers as well.
Had the Hot Wings and Salt and Pepper Dry Ribs, and both were actually very good, and great flavors on both of them.
After checking out the menu while having our first beers while waiting for our food to arrive, we definitely noticed that the menu was very nice with lots of different options to it. And lots of Gluten Free options as well since a friend of mine, as well as a few others I know definitely have problems with Gluten. ( Good to see ) As so many places don't really cater to that.
Also Orrange has a nice Gluten Free Beer as well. I had their own House Beer ( Lager ) that was pretty good. They also have Beer Flights and Margarita Flights as well.
Will definitely be back again, and bring some others along with us next time 😀👍👍
I really enjoyed the gluten free penne bolognese. It was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. The food was delicious. But they definitely need to get a proper pepper shaker.
We love PK’s food especially the duck omelette! I have a gluten allergy and today they went above and beyond for me which I really appreciated. Thanks a bunch guys!
