A can't-miss if you're in the area. The food is made with love--flavorful, rich, and filling. If you like Mediterranean food, you'll be delighted. Also, double-check before ordering, but the falafel should be gluten-free and not fried in contaminated oil!

Do yourself a solid and go to Gravy when on Vashon Island - lunch, brunch, or dinner. We love the staff!! Everything is good, and there is always something for me (the gluten free person), which I appreciate!

This is a wonderful cafe and bakery if you want healthy vegan/vegetarian/gluten free soups and salads but also baked goods literally as big as your face. There is indoor and outdoor seating, both of which are charming and eclectic. You order at the counter and food gets taken to you. My one complaint is that a dish that was listed as vegan/gluten free came with cheese.
