Great people to support and a decent local food spot. Grab breakfast sandwiches at least a couple times a month and they're always spot on. And they have options for my gluten allergy (which I always call ahead to make sure they have).

Great vibe here and even better coffee. We had a great time hanging out, playing Chinese checkers, and enjoying delicious pastry and coffee. Arabica had some delicious gluten free options. The person that waited on us was very pleasant.

Today’s coffee was Wildwood and I tried it brewed. I found it to be a bright and pleasant light roast choice. I could easily taste the citrus and rhubarb tasting notes!
I also got a Turkey Sando gluten sensitive.
The food was fresh and well prepared.
The staff was pleasant and helpful as always. I have been repeatedly pleased with the clean atmosphere and the diverse selection of food and coffee drinks as well as the occasional music offerings.
There are choices for many dietary preferences and needs. Non dairy milk is available. Things like the gluten free bread in the sandwich in my pictures substituting soup or salad do have up charges.
The bakery case was fully of amazing treats!!! I enjoy their peanut butter truffles. Staff previously told me they take turns baking these delicious treats for us to enjoy!
The atmosphere was flexible and comfortable, with places for conversation, dining and study.
Generally a breakfast and lunch place, I have noticed that they are now open Thursday evenings as well!
This spacious dining hall stands out for its massive selection of gluten-free options, thoughtfully integrated into a clean, well-designed space that prioritizes hygiene with features like hot plates and protective shields. The gluten-free section offers a variety of satisfying choices, from a gourmet salad bar to a notably good pesto mozzarella pizza and flavorful soups, all complemented by clear food labels including macronutrient information. The environment balances a wide variety of healthy and comfort foods, making it an inviting spot for those seeking diverse and reliable gluten-free meals.

Its mediocre at best....you gotta eat! Lol...the PIZZA IS GOOD!!! THOUGH it does depends on who is making it...
Same vegetables...alot of stuff be dried out there is no stirrin of things to make sure it LOOKS fresh. Salad bar always looks good and fresh! Guy making omelettes does a great job!! He makes good omelettes go get you one! The grill side...wings are iffy...usually dry and overcooked. Good gluten free options but usually same thing or just not appetizing at all. Soups are pretty good...beef vegetable and chicken and dumplings was the better options. Breakfast is good! Same thing daily but they switch up the protein and they do sweet potato totts and regular totts and will do a quiche (baked eggs) which doesnt hold very well. Good selection of salad dressings and sandwich fixins.
The main entrees could be better whilst taking in consideration food becoming and looking dry and unappetizing.
