Just a sollliiiiddd gluten free donut. Not baked, but yeasted and fried (thank god). Airy, chewy, all the good things. Their seasonal flavors are a little hit or miss, but the almond macrona is soooo good. I did a little gluten free donut tour of New York, tried six different bakeries, and this one and the mochi donut from Win Son were my favorites!

I absolutely love these gluten free bagels! I've tried a variety of the flavors now and they do NOT disappoint. They're flavorful and the texture is great. Do yourself a favor and order some! I don't even need to eat gluten free and I still keep coming back for more and would highly recommend to anyone! Definitely an added bonus that the owner is an absolute delight and has included a personal note with each of my orders. Such a great touch to already super cute packaging!
