I have celiac and always question dedicated cooking areas. I was advised the gluten free crepes are not made on a dedicated iron. It is just wiped down before making a GF crepe. I chose not to take the risk.
Edit… we drove an hour based on reviews. I should have called ahead of time to question dedicated cooking areas. Sadly, I did not see anything on the website regarding non-dedicated areas for the GF crepes. I was so looking forward to having something. I changed my review to 3 stars simply because it IS a wonderful establishment. It is just unable to meet my needs for a severe gluten allergy. Cross contamination is serious.
The quality and taste of the food is wonderful. To have all of these healthy options is really amazing! Everything is gluten free. Many dairy free options. My salmon was very overcooked, but the rest of our meals were perfection! We had a chocolate cheese tosa (who knew how amazing this concoction would be?!), creamy garlic butter salmon (the dressing for the salad was so fresh and tasty!), sweet and spicy wings and a chicken wrap. I also drank lemon and orange tea and could drink that daily for the rest of my life. This isn't really a dine in place, but there are a few seats if younwant to eat there. The to-go boxes are compostable. I will be back. Please support this wonderful business!
I love this place. So many great options to eat and drink. Also tons of gluten free options (that even tastes amazing). I haven’t yet been to their happy hour, but looks like some insane deals!
I am gluten sensitive and found 1 dish "stackers") that didn't contain wheat. Meal presentation was excellent. Service was amazing. The outside seating atmosphere could use updates. My only suggestion would be to modify some recipes to cater to the gluten free clients. And keep the salsa pico de Gallo only rather than adding to it.
Wonderful brunch menu! I’m gluten free and our waiter, Andrew Alexander, took great care to make sure my dish was handled properly! I highly recommend Harold’s! Great atmosphere, too!
Such a cute quaint local coffee shop! The storefront was super clean, decorated well and has great curb appeal. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating available. They brew their own coffee beans and the coffee is amazing. The freshness of the coffee is what makes this coffee shop stand out from its competitors. During my visit, I also tried an apple blueberry muffin which was very moist, fresh and delicious. They offer many gluten free options and a full breakfast menu! I highly recommend this local gem!
Nice outdoor seating with plenty of heaters. Great gluten free options. Our order was accidentally made not gluten free but our server stopped us from eating it because he noticed it was wrong. I know this sounds like a bad thing but our server did the right thing by seeing the mistake.
I went to the wrong donut shop. I was here so I got their donuts. Honestly, best donuts I’ve ever had. Fresh and made to order. Warm and fluffy. Very surprised. Pricy side but very worth it. They have so many custom donut options with gluten free as well. Will be back
