We love Garden of Eden in Windsor! The relaxed, vegetarian/vegan cafe offers fantastic gluten-free and dairy-free options. The staff and owner are incredibly attentive, and the food is unique, high-quality, and fairly priced. They even offer complimentary desserts, which are delicious.
The staff and owner of the cafe have gone over and beyond every time we have visited.
Took my wife to the after a lot of persuasion, the last time we went to an Ivy it was not good. Fortunately this visit restored some faith in the brand, we both had an enjoyable night. Our maitre de was a knowledgeable charming young lady named Martha, who was able to deal with my wife’s dietary requirements (coeliac).Food was usually Ivy fair all prepared beautifully, restaurants had the usual lively vibe but all in all well worth a visit. Ask for Martha and you won’t go wrong
Another lovely brunch at Miller's in Windsor. Perfectly prepared poached eggs with Feta cheese, smoked salmon and gluten free toast. Thought I'd show the empty plate this time!
No better place to enjoy tea, lunch or dessert! The Mac and cheese was the best we’ve had in all of our travels, including any in the US! They had incredible gluten free bread as well and were very accommodating! Friendly service, family owned and absolutely perfectly quaint! Felt like a scene out of a movie.
Gogos was the epitome of great service. The best thing is they are pet friendly. The service is fantastic. I am Gluten Intolerant, and so I had to get the manager to let me know what I could eat. The option was only a chicken burger with a GF bun, which I ordered but then decided to try the day's special, which was Venison Curry. The manager went to check with the chef about my GF options a couple of times and was very patient with all my questions. Our little Doggie sat people watching under the table and got a few pats from the staff, which he enjoyed 😀
The ribs I am told were melt in the mouth and delicious, so was my Venison curry. Lovely flavours and perfectly cooked meat. For dessert there was a black coconut icecream which was delicious and we even got a free portion as they had served extra. To my delight, the server made
let me know it was Gluten Free so I devoured that despite digging into some from my neice 😄
We had brunch at Bill's in Windsor this past weekend, and I'm always so happy to find a place that has a gluten-free menu. I decided to go for "Bill's Big Brunch" (Gluten-free of course) which was tomatoes, fried eggs, toast, a sausage, avocado, beans and potatoes. I so wanted to love it but it was SO BLAND. The only thing that had any flavour was the vegetarian sausage. Staff was very friendly and it's in a great location near Windsor castle and the train station.
I went there on Tuesday morning and a girl (I believe Magda was her name) helped me out regardless my gluten free intolerance. Also the place it's very bright and quiet. Food it's awesome!
Food was super, and both our lovely server Natalia and the manager were super attentive and very knowledgeable about what dishes were safe for me as a coeliac. Will definitely be coming back again!
Great place if you love authentic pizza with thin and crispy base. Also great for breakfasts too. Plenty of veggie options.
I ordered the Pinsa base (almost gluten free since made with rice flour and a little bit of wheat flour) and had the Pizza Armando Speciale topping (mozzarella, tomato, fresh chilli, anchovies, nduja and pepperoni) - it’s essentially a Diavola with anchovies and nduja sausage - and it was fantastic.
Family run business with friendly staff, sensibly priced and the best pizzas in Windsor. Would highly recommend. Give it a try!
