Unfortunately one member of staff was unnecessarily rude to a member of our party regarding an allergy. So much so that another customer came to tell us that they were laughing at us. Could have been handled so much better. A lot of research went into the visit to ensure that the products were gluten free, when it turns out that is not the case, even though they are labelled up as such. An apology and less attitude from the member of staff could have made all the difference.

Great place to grab a coffee and cake. Shame we couldn’t sit indoors but understandable due to staffing. Everything looked like it was freshly baked, vegan cakes and two gluten free cakes. Service did take a bit of time but we had a good chat with the guy who was making the coffee whilst we waited. Would love to visit again and sit in with some gluten free cake!

My wife is Coeliac, and though they don't offer anything gluten free, they do however allow my wife to bring her own bread every week when we go for breakfast, they also go out of their way to make sure her food is cooked separately to avoid cross contamination, we go every week, and will continue to do so, staff are very polite, friendly and extremely helpful, especially the chefs.

This is a lovely place. Great sandwiches served by friendly staff. Very generous fillings and the bread is possibly the best bread I've tasted. Also do gluten free bread. Thanks
