We came to The Coffee Apothecary in Ellon for a late breakfast on a friends recommendation, and am so glad we did! What a delightful spot…friendly staff, exceptional food (even homemade gluten free toast!!), and comfy atmosphere. What is even more exceptional are the many ways in which they so very creatively incorporated upcycled items…from the chairs and tables to the flooring and curtains. Well done! Highly recommend for breakfast, lunch, and the monthly dinners they do as well. (For some reason this review wants to connect with the cafe in Udny, but the review is meant for the one in Ellon)

Always had great food, I've recently became gluten-free and eating out is a struggle locally but they have a large gluten free menu that even includes dessert! No loss out on flavour either.
