Eating as a couple on a longer journey, we dropped in to Harvester Basingstoke having booked an hour before. Seated, allergies checked, and drinks arrived quickly. The salad bar was spotless, no visible cross-contamination of products. My salad bowl was delicious: fresh, crispy lettuce, lots of choice for gluten-free. We both ordered chicken stacks: really glad to see mine clearly labelled; but it was minus the chicken goujons, which is a major element of the dish. If you're serving gluten-free, perhaps you could replace gluten-containing elements, rather than just removing them? There could also be one gluten-free dessert (not just slimy ice-cream) on the regular menu. Harvester Kingswinford were far more accommodating - it would be nice to find the same rules applied across all branches. Ella and Imogen provided outstanding relaxed, professional and friendly service - thank you so much. All in all, a pleasant, relaxed evening, with a happy, buzzing atmosphere.

Food was incredible and fresh. We had the Caribbean chicken curry and the Cajun chicken. It really was delicious. Chilled atmosphere even during peak lunch time rush. I have coeliac disease and the manager was so knowledgeable and took my dietary requirements so seriously. Nothing seemed to phase or bother her. Already looking forward to going back.
