Positive family experience. Cozy and well furnished place. Typical foods from Emilian cuisine and beyond. I recommend the tasting platter if you want to taste local foods. Really friendly staff. The only flaw they didn't even have a biscuit or some gluten free bread, shame!

I always happily return to Humus because it is one of the very few restaurants/bistros in Parma where I can find excellent gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options. They deserve much more visibility!

We spent a Sunday lunch for a baptism and had a great time. The restaurant is large and very bright, the service very welcoming and prepared even for those with celiac disease. Home of parmesan cheese, inside the restaurant there is an area dedicated to Christmas packages full of tempting delicacies.

TAKE AWAY: GLUTEN-FREE AND LACTOSE-FREE Wide choice of gluten-free and also lactose-free. Fridge products such as tiramisu, single portion cheesecakes, frozen margherita pizzas, fresh pasta and products from outside the fridge such as chocolate tarts and biscuits, excellent for breakfast. Advised The pizza is excellent, it becomes nice and crunchy in the oven and if you make it as you want it has nothing to send to the other pizzas as often happens in company.. The two single portions of cheesecake and tiramisu were excellent I'll come back
