Busy place, a good sign. Everyone around seemed to be really enjoying themselves and the food. The smell of fresh coffee was welcoming after a long drive. A very good selection of bakery goods. They all looked delicious. They also serve wraps and other things. Stopped around lunchtime and there was many different wraps and options on bagels. They have several non dairy milks for drinks (oat, soy, coconut, macadamia and others). The oat milk cappuccino was very creamy and a double shot was strong, with a nice topping of foam. Only had 2 vegan options that day for the baked goods. (carrot cake, and oatmeal raisin cookie). Many gluten free options for baked goods. Wish there was a few more vegan options.

This delightful family owned and run British tearoom features some of the hardest working and lovely people in the restaurant business. It's not uncommon to see one of them often take the time acknowledge, and at times chat with a loyal customer or new face, when time allows for it. Cosies make the BEST pot of tea (with you guessed it, a lovely tea cosy to keep it warm). In addition to a variety of daily freshly baked delicious scones, (even gluten free and vegan ones, my fave); baked from scratch British foods like baps, pasties, sausage rolls, Eccles cakes, generous breakfasts, and did I mention the best scones - with house jam and clotted cream if you please. For non-tea lovers, they also have coffee! Not to be missed if you are visiting pretty Brockville or just want a hot pot of tea with a yummy scone made the best way in a sweet and attractive setting.

This is the first restaurant I have been to in 4 years, I have celiac disease, I was very nervous about cross contamination and getting sick, the French that's was delicious, and perfectly fine, I will definitely be back. Thank you for giving me a great place to eat!!!!!

We headed to Brockville specifically for Sweet Ofelia yesterday and I'm glad we did. Even though it was late in the day, Annie whipped up a new batch of whipped cream and the fruit sando I got was delicious. I would literally drive down again just for that. They carry Little Jo Berry's products (café in Westboro/Ottawa) and that means gluten-free desserts! Shelves and freezers are stocked with a wide variety of products, from frozen noodle bowls to collectable pop cans to various types of mochi. They carry candies I haven't been able to find in Ottawa, as well as products from other local businesses, such as Merrickville Cookies. Celiac folks: there's gluten-free milk bread 👀 This place is something Brockville has needed for a very long time and I hope to watch it grow and continue to be a part of this community.
