I absolutely love Sprouted Oven!! Being someone with Celiac Disease, I feel like a kid in a candy shop when I come here! The staff is so welcoming and sweet. They have so many different grocery items and I enjoy walking around and seeing new items being sold. But the best part are their baked goods!! When I tell you, they make the best gluten free items I have ever had, I mean it. I still need to try their fresh pizza and sandwiches but I already know they will be amazing!! I just visited today and got my classics! If you go, try their gluten free Chocolate Zucchini muffin!! It is mouthwatering!! Go visit if you haven't already!! I drive all the way from Aldergrove to come here!! I love it!

A hidden gem! One of my absolute favorite spots, the food, service and atmosphere are all so great! I have celiac disease and they have so many great celiac friendly, gluten free options it is amazing! I have dined here many times and have never had a flair up and always feel really safe eating out here.

We just happened upon this little coffee shop while we were visiting Abbotsford for the weekend. What a gem it is! We specifically wanted some gluten-free treats and we were not disappointed! The food is delicious and very well made. The service was fantastic. The whole experience was so great that we returned the next day!
