They have a dedicated gluten free fryer for French fries. They also have gf buns. The service was quick and polite, and the dining area was very clean. When we left staff were cleaning the chairs and tables, top to bottom. Literally, they were on their hands and knees cleaning the rungs of the chairs, all the way to the seat backs. I've never seen that in a restaurant before.

The workers were kind and patient and made sure to let us know that the meatballs in the gf netball sub were not gluten free. I had the tuna salad sub for the first time and was pleasently surprised. Good sandwiches, can be made dairy or gluten free upon request. Has one of those Coca Cola Freestyle machines with the crazy amount of choices, both individual drinks and added flavors for each. Iced tea dispensers for the less tech savvy. Had a turkey sandwich with lots of toppings. Was very tasty and came with choice of chips and a drink (had the combo). Offers the expected NY deli vibe.
