My wife took me to The Crazy Apron for my birthday. I have a ton of food allergies so I always end up going without the usual birthday treats but thankfully we found The Crazy Apron. I purchased one of each item out of the bakery case that was gluten free and vegan. The cookies were soft and chewy (totally tasted like a good old glutinous chocolate chip cookie), the jam filled donut was heavenly, and the cupcakes were moist and delicious with an equally lovely frosting. Even if you don't have food allergies, like myself, I think you would be very pleased with these offerings. I look forward to trying their assorted banana breads on my next visit.
Great local spot that offers most menu items with a gluten free option. The GF grilled cheese is my favorite! Tried the hot chocolate this last time and was surprised by the touch of cinnamon that made it even better.
I told the associate I needed gluten free. She did not clean off the counter nor change her gloves. I am gluten intolerant. If I was celiac, I would have gotten so sick. It's important they are trained in how to properly serve gluten free customers for safety.
Wonderful manager was Gluten-Free aware. This location has a dedicated GF fryer so fries are safe for people with Celiac and or Gluten Ataxia to eat without needing to fear cross contamination with other products that may otherwise have been cooked in the same oil product. Huge blessing and lovely customer service.
