I highly recommend the arepas and the cachapas. Very gluten friendly! The potato and cheese and banana was a little too bland. I will one with meat next time.

I am gluten free and love pizza and have had difficulty in finding good gluten free pizza, until now. Via 313 has the absolute best gluten pizza I've ever eaten. It doesn't taste gluten free and doesn't have that weird texture that a lot of regular foods made gluten free have. And leftovers....when it is reheated, nothing changes. It isn't soggy and tastes just as good. I reheated mine in the microwave, and not in an airfryer. I highly recommend it.
