We had a large party of 16 with certain food restrictions. They accommodated the dairy and gluten free people beautifully, even bringing them gluten free breadsticks. All of our food came out at the same time (except the little kids who were served quickly after ordering) and all piping hot! Everyone was very happy!

I came into Snooze yesterday 07/18/2024 with a few of my friends. Well before coming in, I had called the restaurant to ask if they were able to accommodate a strict gluten free diet, as I have Celiac Disease. The girl on the phone said yes and that they had different pans for my use when I order. When we got there, I informed my waitress of my allergies and she ensured me that the kitchen would take extra precautions and even change their gloves. I ordered the pancakes. Immediately after consuming my stomach began to hurt. Then, about two hours later, I was in extreme pain and had severe nausea. Then I threw up. I ended up getting sick 6 times in less than 2 hours. I am so disappointed with this restaurant. Celiac is a really big deal and I have never felt that sick before in my life. I will never be returning to any Snooze location and I highly recommend anyone with a severe allergy never goes there either.
