The dining room is the perfect place to have a small family gathering and to chat without having to shout over other diners. Staff were great and interacted well with everyone. gluten free alternatives to a couple of items on the set menu were delicious. Well done Sebastian

experience was quite disappointing. the servers had an attitude making the overall atmosphere quite unwelcoming. the food was mediocre at best. my friend is celiac and they put no effort in accomodating to her. when she asked about the inconsistencies in the menu (a large fish and chips is gluten free but a kids one is not) they did not understand and just brushed it off. my friend left her food untouched because of her uncertainty.

I celebrated my birthday dinner with my family at the Customs House Hotel, and it was a lovely experience. They accommodated our large group with a private section, which made the evening feel extra special. The staff were attentive and friendly and ensured everything ran smoothly. My brother-in-law, who is celiac, was able to enjoy his meal without any concerns. Thank you, Jenny, Russell and the team!

What a funky fun venue! Food and drinks were on point. Amazing cocktails done just right. And plenty of yummy gluten free options.. Highly recommend for a fun night or even a function! :-)
