I love this pub! The menu is great, lots of variety. There are lots of gluten free options. I love the Mexican Parma. The service is consistent and friendly. Come for the live music in the front bar. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, soothing lighting and not too many tables squashed together. Not too loud either, you can hear your conversation. Our server was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and the drinks cold. They do take away meals too so we got our dessert to take home as we were full but the food was so good we didn’t want to miss out on something tomorrow. I love that nearly everything is gluten free. Highly recommend the gnocchi and the venue.

Such good food and amazing and friendly staff! The vegetarian korma was a highlight for me and the mocktail mojito was delicious!! Highly recommend! Super easy to accommodate for gluten free as well which is always greatly appreciated!

We have visited Murphy’s a number of times this week. The food has been delicious. We have not always been able to finish the substantial meals but staff are more than happy to provide takeaway containers! The view from the top floor is outstanding! All staff are very helpful and hard working. Murphy’s is a great pub. I forgot to mention that my wife requires gluten free because she is coeliac. This pub is perfect. Chips cooked in separate oil etc.

The food at Pizza Bar took me back to the pre-COVID days when we could travel and enjoy international cuisine from its country of origin. Unlike other Geelong restaurants that boast of an authentic foreign dining experience, the Pizza Bar located at the heart of Pakington Street really fulfils expectations. My husband has previously failed to find an enjoyable calamari dish in Geelong, yet the Pizza Bar has more than impressed him. Perfectly cooked and crisp to perfection, it complimented my daughter’s potato and leek pizza served on one of the most delectable gluten-free bases I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. 5 stars is simply not enough for this restaurant.
