Fred Meyer is a great one stop shopping experience. I go here when it's more than just groceries I need--frim home goods, decor and gardening, to electronics, jewelry, and clothes. In terms of groceries, they have excellent gluten free options and dietary restrictive foods. I am not a fan of the produce remodel and really miss the bulk spices that used to be available, but it is otherwise still a good store to frequent. Note to the Sensory Challenged: The music is always extremely loud and the lights are crazy bright. Bring your sub glasses.

I have a special diet. No gluten or dairy. They often discontinue specialty items, that I had been Purchasing there. The employees are always smiling and friendly. Pharmacy staff are awesome. They know their stuff!
