Sweet Indulgence Bakery is truly the sweetheart of Lynchburg! I ordered a beautiful gluten-free lavender color birthday cake from Ashley and it was the best cake I ever had! The interior was an ombré layered pink. It wasn’t too sweet and had a delicate richness to the texture. I highly recommend Sweet Indulgence Bakery for all your celebration and bakery needs. Such a wonderful find! The gals working here are so friendly and welcoming, they have delicious crepes and even offer a gluten dairy free version which is so nice! The coffee is also amazing and the best we have had in the area. Will definitely be making this a normal stop for coffee and crepes when in town.

While a bit pricey when items aren’t on sale, we find many hard to find gluten free items here at the Fresh Market in Lynchburg. The team members have been helpful and the weekly specials a great value for a quick meal. The deli offers a really nice selection of ready to eat sandwiches they’ll prepare for you on panini press. We appreciate the fresh brightly colored produce and enticing fresh ground coffee options. The complimentary birthday cake slice is a bonus!
I am not familiar with the store, and a very helpful staff member, David, took time to help me locate an item in the gluten-free section.

So excited to discover this new industrial modern vibe coffeehouse and bakery in Lynchburg! The decor is super cool and the food matches expectations! We tried a variety of baked goods and really enjoyed our quiche, oatmilk lattes and sweet treats! Having some gluten free dairy free menu options was a plus for our group. It was a busy weekend and they had run out of a few items but we will know to go early for our favorites! The staff was accommodating with substitutions. The complimentary chilled self serve carafe of water was welcome on a warm day. The restrooms were clean. There is a variety of comfy seating choices available to work on a project. Will definitely be back soon!! Parking is ample and convenient. This cafe is a winner!
