This is the second time I've placed an order with the bake shop, and did not disappoint either time. I was on a mission this time - I had a very specific birthday request for a yellow cake / chocolate frosting cupcake, but also two people who are gluten free, and also wanted an assortment. The shop is about a 20 min drive for me from further south in the city, so I tried *7* other bakeries closer to me - no one had the cupcake combo I needed. Lo and behold, RS did. Huge praise from everyone on how tasty the cupcakes were, and special thanks for the delicious gluten free cupcakes. Will gladly order from here again!

We got an assortment of spring cupcakes for the office and they were a HIT! I am so grateful for how kind and sweet Devin was when helping me pick out flavors-- they even reminded me to try and get a gluten free option which I almost forgot to do! All cupcakes were deliciously filled with flavor, not too sweet, and felt like eating a luxury for a great price! Their buttercream is divine. The texture is so luciously buttery without feeling fake. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The shops itself is super easy to get to on the el or the bus. I had no trouble carrying everything to work on my own in their packaging (although my coworker dropped the bag bringing them upstairs...) but everything stayed put together and of course the flavor was not hurt at all! This shop has amazing, extended hours and a really cute interior. I love the mural inside of it I stared as I finished my cup of coffee I bought for myself cause everything smelled so divine I had to get a little treat, too! Excited to bring my work back and hopefully some other community organizations that I work with. Thanks, Cake Life Bake Shop!

I ordered through GrubHub and selected all gluten free bagels for various sandwiches due to an allergy. When delivered the bagels appear to be the whole wheat everything bagels. The phone number listed here is not in service and an additional phone number provided by GrubHub ignored any call I made to them. Was not able to get any support from the company for their mistake.

The cake was absolutely delicious and the design was exactly what pictured! I’m gluten free and the flavor options and easy accommodating was so nice and gave me peace of mind while also being able to get a fun, delicious cake for my birthday! Super moist and amazing for anyone with a dietary restriction
