The food is so good! They have many gluten free options. I ordered their gluten free quiche and gluten free blueberry lemon scone. The quiche was so fluffy, the scone was very large and so delicious. You could not tell either was gluten free, I will definitely be back!

This is Copley's best-kept secret. The gluten-free muffins are fab - the regular and flavored cinnamon rolls are massive.

I had her make my wedding cake, cupcakes and macarons for my wedding. All of the desserts were gluten free and so delicious. No complaints about them and all 400 macarons were eaten with no left overs. She also set up and decorated everything just like I had sent to her as inspiration. Everything was so incredible could not have asked for a better baker.

In my gluten free Chronicles my new roommate showed me this place. And it has all the options i needed for half the price of seven grains or mustard seed . Highly recommend if you have a gluten allergy and have GERD and are on a tight budget!
