First time visiting CB since we moved to Kamloops last month. We dined in for breakfast. Breakfast tacos, waffle benedict (bacon and apple), coffee, service...it was all absolutely fantastic. We also picked up a couple pieces of cheesecake for dessert after dinner. Peanut butter brownie cheesecake and champagne strawberry cheesecake. Amazing...delicious. This bistro/bakery is 100% gluten free...and if you didn't know that, you wouldn't know. This is one of those businesses that you want to shout about from the rooftops; but at the same time not because you want to get a seat when you go. CB will definitely be a go-to for us on a regular basis.
Pierre welcomes every shopper with a warm smile, I have never had anything less than exceptional customer service. They have a good selection of gluten free things which can be difficult to find. I do find some items to be on the pricier side. But overall, good stuff!
This is the place to go Kamloopians! Robyn and Her husband Shawn...and Robyn's Mom get 5 stars from Me and My BIG Bro! Order cakes in advance but if you need something delish or gluten free...go in! Heaven in a Family owned business. Covid has hit them hard! Support local!
We love to eat here! The food is amazing and a great healthy alternative when we don’t feel like cooking at home. It’s also awesome that they have gluten free treats. The owner and staff have always been super friendly. I highly recommend them.
The bakery is awesome. If you are gluten sensitive our daughter has the sourdough and it's the best you can get.. Lots of other great stuff. Ill add photos when i go back.
