The coffee is ugly and acidic The pastry is gluten-free, the rogel was soft without crunchiness in the layers and the ddl was quite ugly. The chipa and the medialuna with ham and cheese are good. The size of the crescent is small. The mini sacher has a good filling but the dough was dry and the eclair was delicious but with the cold the dough was rubbery. The table service is bad, they take a long time to serve and they forget things but the girl is nice at least. The place is nice and pleasant but small.

It seems that they have a problem with the hours from what I read in the reviews and from the experience I just had, where I go for a while before they close at 8 PM and they tell me that it is closed. I tell him “I thought they closed at 8” and he says “Yes, it's almost 8.” Little commitment to be the most expensive gluten free bakery in the city.

Hello, good afternoon, I am a customer of Unión Gluten Free and I am writing to you for the following reason. I generally consume buckwheat bread and banana pudding, which is delicious. I think it was last Monday when I went to my daughter's house and I went to the Union Gluten Free on Arévalo Street. It was a rainy day. When I arrived, it had stopped raining, but the tables and chairs were wet. I went in and bought the bread (which, in parentheses, was much harder than the one I I buy in güemes), and since it was noon I bought a ham and cheese sandwich, it had stopped raining, I wanted to sit down because I am an elderly person with knee problems and the bench where the employee was sitting was broken. There were two or three girls and a boy serving, they served so but so reluctantly, that I ate standing up, without any kind of attention from them and when I leave I realize that there was a bench under the roof, none of them thought to tell me, lady, there is a bench, I really like it. I was surprised by the bad mood, accustomed to the idea that girls are sweet, I really want to highlight it because I came out very angry.
