I LOVE HARLOW! As someone with celiac disease, it's such peace of mind to know everything here is safe and very flavorful! I love the Outlaw scramble so much! I have been enjoying Harlow's food for 10 years, being celiac I've always loved knowing I could count on their food for a safe and enjoyable meal. Unfortunately in the last handful of months the service and food has gone downhill so significantly. We've given feedback to the manager and continued going back because we love supporting our local restaurants but after tonights meal it's just beyond frustrating. You can't count on the food being the same each time you order anymore, sometimes the veggies are almost raw, sometimes they're cooked. Sometimes the food has flavor, other times it's so bland. This evening we both ordered the soup and it was so salty neither my partner or I could eat it. The staff gives the feeling of complete apathy one way or another. I know the service industry is getting slammed right now but it's such a bummer that they've gone down hill so significantly.
