We had a delicious lunch here, overlooking the swan river with a very nice view of the city. The service was great and they were able to cater for Coeliacs, with many gluten free options that actually can be made Coeliac safe if requested!
As an Italian living in Australia, I’ve learned to lower my expectations when it comes to pizza. I know I’m far from the motherland, and I do my best to adapt, not to mention I’m gluten intolerant, which complicates things further. That said, this was hands down the worst pizza experience I’ve had… and I’ve eaten across three continents.
My pizza arrived cold, clearly a frozen base with toppings thrown on top. I politely mentioned it to the waitress, who took it away; only to return the same pizza, just sliced and microwaved. At that point, I was speechless. I didn’t argue.
On the way out, I asked to speak to the owner and calmly explained the situation. I was told, ‘Why didn’t you tell the waitress?’ I explained that I had. The response? ‘Next time it’ll be better.’ Well, there won’t be a next time.
We were a group of eight Italians, every single pizza arrived burnt, two at a time. Trust me: do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Definitely not recommended.
100/10 would recommend!! Plenty of delicious gluten free options for my coeliac boyfriend, we had the GF dumplings (we’ve struggled to find GF dumplings in Perth so we’re so happy we’ve found this place!) juicy tiger prawns and lamb cutlets OMG heaven!
The service was top tier, super friendly and helpful staff, a gorgeous view of the swan river, yummy cocktails, fancy dining experience.
Miss chows is the perfect spot for a date night treat, we will be back 100+ times and raving about this place for a very long time hehe THANKYOU 💚
Can’t really go wrong with a pizza place with over 40 years experience. What i love about this place is that not only that their pizzas are prepared with fresh and locally sourced ingredients they also make their own crust and offers gluten free bases. prices are reasonable and affordable too specially for pizzas with very generous toppings. We’ve tried their pepperoni, the works and seafood too and all 3 are equally delicious. Out of these 3, my favourite is the seafood, it has lots of toppings and cheese too. Their garlic cheesy bread was too crispy and literally cheesy! everything was served warm and freshly cooked. Their shop although small for dine in but have enough seats for a group of 5 like us.
Stylish venue at South Perth overlooking the water to the the city. Food concept & execution are both of high level. Food & drink offerings were eclectic, but a vegetarian has limited choices and vegan would be hard pushed. As a gluten free diner I was well catered for. Attentive, well trained staff. What's not to like?
Excellent gluten-free crepes!! As a coeliac it's nice to have a place that makes delicious gluten-free crepes. They've always got a steady stream of customers which in my opinion shows how popular they are!
Amazing service and delicious food.
Went here last night for my Dad’s birthday. I told our waitress just after the main course that it was his birthday, and they were able to organise a decorated plate and sparkler to celebrate for desert, despite the short notice.
They also catered to my partner who is a coeliac with most menu options being able to be made gluten free.
Everyone enjoyed their food and our waitress was fantastic. We are definitely going back.
Delicious acai bowls. This one has gluten free granola for the bowls while the one at Lake Monger does not (as well as many other places doing acai bowls in Perth), so I definitely recommend making the trip here for all Coeliacs.
Had a wonderful Mother’s Day dinner here - all of the dishes were so flavourful (loved the mango chicken curry plus gulag jamun and rasgulla for dessert! 😋). The service was excellent - warm and welcoming. Also plenty of options for gluten and dairy free - we will definitely be back!! 😄
