Wow – completely exceeded my expectations! As someone with both lactose and gluten intolerances, dining out can often be not fun – but this venue delivered an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were in for something special. The kitchen went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs without compromising on flavour or creativity. Every bite was a delight – a true tastebud journey. The atmosphere was equally impressive. Our waiter was friendly and engaging, and you could genuinely feel the positive energy coming from the kitchen – laughter, teamwork, and passion were clearly part of the recipe. The food and service easily met a memorable dining experience, and the pricing was more than fair. As a bonus, the venue offers BYO, which was perfect after a day exploring local wineries. Highly recommend – especially for fellow foodies with dietary restrictions. Can’t wait to return!

Warm cafe with comfortable chairs, and clean bathroom. Lunch was Turkish eggs - DELICIOUS, and the big brekky (GLUTEN FREE OPTION) also lovely with grilled halloumi 🥰. Thank you it really hit the spot.

Great destination to stop for lunch! We made the trek from Toowoomba to the Granite Belt Brewery for a birthday lunch with the family. The booking process was easy enough via their website through open table. The address was slightly different in Google maps compared to the address in open table, but Google maps got us there in the end. The atmosphere is pretty cosy, decked out like a traditional German brauhaus. The menu was well presented modern Australian with good options for dietary requirements, so they were able to accommodate nut free and gluten free. The service was ok without being outstanding. It was a Sunday so the brewery wasn’t working, but the viewing area was well presented and looked interesting. Something for another day.

I recently dined at Brinx Deli & Cafe and had an incredible experience as a coeliac customer. From the moment I called to confirm they could accommodate a gluten-free meal, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my dietary needs were met. Kristy, the owner, took the time to chat with me on the phone, reassured me about their preparation process, and provided exceptional service throughout my visit. Knowing that Kristy had been gluten free herself gave me even more confidence, as they were well-versed in food preparation and handling. A majority of their menu could be made gluten free, so lots of variety. What really impressed me was how they went the extra mile – knowing I had a reservation, they let us dine-in the restaurant for the last meal sitting until close. That level of care is rare! I truly appreciated their attention to detail and can’t recommend Brinx Deli & Cafe highly enough for anyone seeking a coeliac-friendly dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

Second visit to Varias restaurant did not disappoint. So happy to indulge in beautiful food, wine and service. Also as a coeliac I can confidently eat here. Love it and will be back every time we visit Stanthorpe.

Best pizza we've ever had. I had a gluten free Italian pizza and my partner had the American on a regular base. Crust was thick and fluffy and perfectly cooked. Toppings taste fresh and go so well together. Fast and friendly service. This place is something really special. We will be back next time we visit Stanthorpe.

Great cafe with lots of fresh baked goodies and good coffee, but also usually always a fabulous frittata and delicious salads if you need a gluten free option. My go-to lunch place when in Stanthorpe.✅ Just wish it was possible to make their fabulous croissants with gluten free pastry. 😞 Sigh

If you are Coeliac or Gluten Intolerant then don’t just automatically pass Giardinos. They bent over backwards for me to ensure I had great experience and had plenty of GF menu options. From the GF Gnocchi to the GF Tiramisu the team at Giardinos are fully educated on GF protocols. No need to manage your GF expectations here !!!

They serve the most delicious Japanese meals at a good price range. The food comes out really fast depending on how packed the place the place is. They also serve a range of food options with dietary requirements such as gluten free and vegetarian. The Japanese restaurant is a very lovely place to have dinner or lunch with family, friends, or by yourself.
