The What If Society cafe is a great spot for delicious, locally sourced and prepared food, good coffee, excellent take away meals, all served with care and good humour. I especially enjoy their gluten free bread.

Enjoyed a great sirloin steak last night. Best steak ever! Gluten free options available too. We always return here when visiting the Southern Highlands. Shame there were no gluten free desserts, and they no longer have the hazelnut torte which was to die for! We can live in the hope that it returns to the menu! Will be back again!

Very happy with my choice. I was wanting a gluten free and dairy free knowledgeable cafe and Tanya( I think it was Tanya) said all the right things when I rang to sus them out. Excellent service, very helpful and understanding as we do ask a few questions when ordering a Coeliac meal with a dairy free one too. Thank you II Pranzo for being so accomodating.
