The production process reminds me of Subway, but the food is like nothing else. Love the black/wild rice, and the gluten-free tortillas.

My favorite curry restaurant in Australia. I am working through the whole menu and so far the Mango or Pistachio Chicken stand out the most. I prefer dining in because the flavors are best when you get it fresh. I eat gluten free/celiac and so far I haven't noticed any stomach pain so I trust them now.

Near the back of the store, there is a complimentary coffee machine, which makes a very nice hot chocolate. That is something which I have never seen in a supermarchet. As one approaches the cash registers, the impulse-buys on offer seem deliberately healthier than a regular supermarket. Instead of a health-food aisle, there is an amazingly large health-food wall with healthy tips beautifully inscribed on the wall above. Here, there are quite a few gluten-free, vegan & keto products, plus a large range of items which I have not seen elsewhere.

Kids eat free Monday nights, lots of gluten free options. DJ bingo was good entertainment.
