I love this place. I work in West valley and live in layton. There are a lot of sushi places that are on tye way home I will drive a half hr out of the way to come here and they have the best ginger and are gluten free friendly with GF soy sauce

BEST RAMEN I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! I am in love with the food I ate. They also have rice noodles for gluten allergies which is a plus!

We love Sushi Ya. I have to eat gluten-free and even though there are not a lot of options there is still a variety I can order. Now if they did gluten-free tempura they would be perfect!!

GF/Celiac Safe! I’ve been here several times and got the GF noodles and ramen. They have GF soy sauce as well. This is THE best ramen I’ve had in a really long time! I can usually tell if there is any gluten in the meal within a day but they did a really good job making sure that I was not glutened! Please make sure to always check with the servers and let them know your allergies.
