Did not listen to gluten free instructions for one of the entrees, very disappointed since this caused a reaction in my gluten free friend!
The food at this establishment is usually well done, but this deserves 1 star since we received the wrong item, causing a severe allergic reaction. It is important to note the ignorance towards allergens before eating from here.
Very friendly and nice staff and good food but the tofu soup is extremely spicy even though it is listed as a low spice item. They have gluten free choices.
Love this place, always good deals, BUT….. my food just took an hour and a half after saying it would be a 40 minute wait, which is already long. And then i wanted gluten free soy sauce, which i know they have, but said i couldn’t get it in take out, so i had to change my wordage and say ok can i get a cup of soy sauce please, to which they complied, and then charged me $ for.
Would’ve hoped that after about an hour of wait time, i would’ve gotten the soy sauce for free…
I really enjoy Kokoro - the food is delicious (I get the vegan curry ramen) and the manager is always so kind and friendly. If you are eating in the restaurant, the service is fast and he checks to make sure you have everything you need. And they have a myriad of items on the menu other than ramen that I need to try next time! Also - there is the option for gluten-free ramen, which is really nice :)
