Superb wholesome choices, whether vegan or not. Can feed the whole motley group with your gluten-free, kosher, halal, seafood allergy, peanut allergy and vegan or vegetarian. Celebrate diversity AND unity (with DELICIOUS, nutritious food...)!! Nothing brings a diverse group of people closer like a great meal that meets everyone's unique needs.

I will NEVER get over how good Yoli is, and how lucky we are to have them. Incredible food, family owned + operated, and such a wonderful meal. The food is amazing. We both did the 5 course meal, it’s $60 per person, and OMG. So much food. Like, kind of insane? And not a quantity > quality situation. It’s…both? Also, an extra wild bonus is that almost everything - including fried things is gluten free AND those without sensitivities/ allergies are none the wiser because it’s all just…great. It’s just a freaking gem, run don’t walk. (The pictures do NOT do it justice).

Do not eat here if you have food allergies or celiacs! I tried to call them many times before hand to see what ingredients are in their noodles and they didn’t pick up. So I walked in, they offer gluten free noodles but share them in the same boiling pot as the wheat/egg noodles, which is a big no. I asked if they could boil it in a separate pot and they couldn’t do so either. Highly unsafe food practices. I doubt there vegan is safe too. Some things to consider is people might be vegan due to food allergies, not by dietary choice.

They can make almost everything Gluten Free. Food is tasty. Spice level 4 is my fav for most things has the heat and spicy long finish. Those that don’t do hot sauce or sriracha may want level 3 or less. Goto’s for us: Cashew chicken. Phat Thai/ pad thai Drunken Noodles. Pumpkin Curry (when they have it). Chicken Curry.

I went to Mio Sushi in Bend with my husband, who is celiac. We were looking for gluten-free options, and the website listed gluten-free teriyaki as an option. However, when we arrived, we were told that they don't have gluten-free teriyaki. We also asked for more time to look through the sushi options, but the waiter never came back. Overall, we had a terrible experience at Moo Sushi. The staff was not helpful and accommodating, and the food was not what we were expecting. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone with celiac disease or anyone looking for a good dining experience.
