The owner/chef takes great pride in serving excellent cuisine. He explained his dishes to us, and made us feel so welcome. Great gluten-free selection as well. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a very good ramen place in Indianapolis if you are in search for one. The noodles are thick and firm and the broth is spot on for Japanese ramen lovers. The ramens have healthy and gluten free options. I personally ordered the regular tonkotsu ramen and I like it a lot. Our server Austin was very helpful and we appreciate him for it. You can request for him the next time you come!

Gluten Free Options!! The chef cooked my food first and separately from the others. Yuki was wonderful and so was the chef. Every employee was extremely friendly. The food is delicious. Unfortunately we live an hour away- but it is worth the drive for a delicious meal with friends

NEED TO EDIT: I posted my original review right after eating and I stand by it. Delicious BUT I got sick. I have Celiac Disease so I'm sure its perfect for any vegans and anyone with a gluten intolerance but I definitely had some gluten in mine and I did get sick. I imagine cross contamination was the problem but it seems worth editing this review. Tried a few different dishes from here and I’ve never been disappointed. My husband always raves about the pho but I could never try it because I can’t have anything with fish sauce, today I found out the veggie pho doesn’t have ANY fish sauce it’s completely vegan and gluten free! Oh my gosh it is so good! I can see this being my go to!!
