A nice calm place to have very tasty vegan Vietnamese food. They have a lot of gluten free and vegan options, compared to most places. They also have a very full menu of omnivore dishes. The service was great.

Azafran is amazing! The food is first rate, the atmosphere is subdued and inviting, and the prices are very reasonable. As an added bonus, they have extensive vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options - everyone can find something they love. The tofu makhni is amazing and the vegetable korma is so good it will turn you vegan. They even have vegan naan and dessert. As if that weren't enough, they have an extensive wine selection and a full bar. Get a table ASAP and enjoy the most delicious food you've had in a long time.
A spot known for its generous servings, thoughtful packaging for deliveries, and a wide variety of options to cater to different dietary preferences.

Love this place. Great food. Service is great
Indicate gluten free items very closely. A place I come when I am near Boulder since I live in northern CO and they have nothing for pho.

One of my favorite Vietnamese spots. It's usually crowded but waits aren't long, and the food comes out very fast. Their pho is great, obviously, and the winter melon boba is the best. Even better, though, is the hu tieu! I am celiac and really enjoy the variety of gluten free tastiness here. Support Pho 79!
Always a reliable spot with fresh options and a strong focus on care and quality in every order, perfect for a quick bite.

This restaurant comes up as a gluten free options for Westminster, CO. I vaguely recall that the Denver location was excellent for a person with celiac disease - the menu was clearly marked, the servers were knowledgeable, and they even had tamari on hand.
I ordered from the Broomfield location tonight and will never do so again. The online ordering form offered the option to have my chirashi prepared gluten free, but it came with two ingredients that I know nearly always contain gluten: kani (fake crab) and seaweed salad. For those who don't know, the overwhelming majority of seafood salad for sale in the US is made in a single factory with conventional soy sauce (containing wheat) as an ingredient. There are a few places who may make it themselves, but I've lived in three different regions of the US and I've encountered one.
Unfortunately, my spouse and I made it all the way home before realizing these ingredients were present. I called the restaurant and confirmed that the kani is one of gluten free types, but the seaweed salad is not gluten free. The individual on the other end of the line did not seem to understand at first that if gluten-containing food is in contact with gluten free food then it is not safe for celiacs, which is almost as big a problem as the cooks themselves being unaware of which foods contain gluten.
In the restaurant's defense, they did substitute the miso soup I requested with salad (then left the salad dressing off) because of the gluten free request.
The dish was remade, but we did have to go all the way back to the restaurant for it. I would urge celiacs to avoid this place. My spouse enjoyed their meal and the remade one tasted fine, but it's clear that the staff isn't knowledgeable on the topic of celiac disease.
Enjoy a delicious dining experience where almost everything can be customized to accommodate allergies, with standout flavors that impress.
