Delightful ramen place - the broth was delicious, service was excellent, and the pork belly tasted very high quality. And they have gluten-free noodles! And hot sake. It's a small spot, so might be worth getting on the wait list if you want to dine in. Saw a lot of takeout orders happening. There are also other Japanese restaurants and a cute coffee shop in the same shopping center.

I loved my experience here! Gluten free option are listed on the menu. Not too much sauce, so you can really enjoy the freshness. The staff could be better informed about the wine and sake list as far as flavor profiles and pairing recommendations. Shane seemed to really enjoy making the dishes, and he was quick to interact with dinners.

Best poke place around. I live in Fullerton but whenever we are in Costa Mesa we make it a point to stop and get poke here. They have so many good toppings and for my wife even have gluten-free options. Would definitely recommend it for anybody who's looking for some good poke.
