We had the gluten free version of the Hao San’s tasting menu for dinner when we went. Food was very fresh and delicious. The service was wonderful and it is evident that the staff have exceptional teamwork which made for a great experience. Slightly overpriced, however all the food is great quality.

First time at Wilma and expectations exceeded. Lots of gluten free options and incredibly helpful and friendly staff (thanks Irina!). The wagyu cooked on an open flame is fabulous. Must order.

Great gluten-free service, they even have gluten free soy sauce bottles for the table. Highly recommend for coeliac people :)

I had dinner here recently for a friend's birthday. The food was nice, but nothing was truly memorable or exceptional, and I was expecting more creative "fusion". The staff were friendly and the decor was lovely. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience as for a fine dining, there seemed to be several "lazy" elements to the restaurant: (1) the drink and food menus were dirty with food stains; (2) the cocktail I ordered was 90% ice cube; (3) when the food was brought to the table it was simply plonked without any description, which made identifying dietary needs difficult; (4) we had one "no mushrooms" dietary requirement which resulted in the chicken being provided dry with no substitute glaze or sauce; and (5) my partner is allergic to gluten and despite repeatedly stating this requirement and only ordering the GF menu items he has suffered considerably due to significant cross contamination. I won't be in a rush to return.
