Celiacs beware! Dear Cremolatti, gluten is not a virus! Why clean spatulas with alcohol? Please use another container for the celiac spatula! It's excellent that they have separate bins, but that detail on the spatula contaminates the ice cream and, for celiacs, it hurts us. Thank you!
