the food was pretty okay!! unfortunately they were out of all of their lemonades which was a bummer :( otherwise they’re good with gluten free accommodations (on pizza and and sandwiches)
Great options for those with food allergy issues. I ate here on several occasions and the staff excellently made accommodations for my Celiac (gluten and dairy free) needs. 5280 has a dedicated gluten free fryer, which is a game changer for those with Celiac. The french fries are amazing here and I ordered them nearly every time I visited. I called my picky eater friend who was meeting me in Denver and told him I found a place for the both of us, which is difficult to do. I plan to eat at 5280 every time I find myself in Denver.

Everything we ordered was good. Service was friendly but slow. There was a big rush just after we arrived that they were not prepared for. Otherwise this was a solid place. Outdoor seating, gluten free options.
This restaurant brings the feel of an old school diner in both atmosphere and food. The portions are huge for the price and absolutely delicious.
I have celiac so finding something on the menu was a little difficult so I opted for an "unburritoed burrito" (a breakfast burrito without a tortilla. They accommodated with ease and it was delicious.
Fabulous Restaurant. Everything we ordered was perfectly prepared, beautiful presentation and delicious. The whole staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We all ordered different items and everyone was extremely happy with their choices. Two people in our party are gluten free and they loved their dinners too. The molten chocolate cake and creme brûlée capped off a perfect dinner.

First time customers and were we disappointed!! Terribly expensive cafeteria food!
The only thing good was the chips and salsa. The server offered guacamole which had more onions than avocado in the ratio. We were super excited to try the stuffed soapillas and tacos. Tacos were served on a flour tortilla to a gluten sensitive person in our group. (Thankfully it wasn't an allergy!) The tacos were soggy and overly topped with lettuce and tomatoes to hide the small amount of meat.
The stuffed soapillas were an outrage. They were two crispy tostada like shells sandwiched with the tiniest bit of beans and cheese in between. They were no way soaps nor stuffed. The rice was bland and flavorless.
The food gave everyone terrible heartburn to finish the night off. We needed Tums before even leaving the restaurant.
The waiter was okay. Not friendly and got annoyed when we began to order and had questions about the tacos. He was shaking his leg and looking around annoyed instead of making a suggestion or helping. He didn't come back except to deliver the "guacamole" and drop off the bill. The host was not friendly either and looked overwhelmed.
We had hoped to have an anniversary party here but after trying the food, I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. There are superior Mexican restaurants in the area for better price and better service.
We will be taking are business elsewhere. Hoping the future readers of this review will as well.
