Looking for a pizza restaurant that does everything gluten-free we see the excellent reviews of this place, we decide to book.
Gluten-free appetizers, delicious!
We had several courses including pizzas, first and second courses, all truly exceptional. Very familiar and welcoming location. We will definitely be back.

We had lunch in this restaurant on Easter Sunday and the experience was truly excellent. The same menu, carefully prepared and delicious, was also served to our celiac son, with the utmost attention to safety and without any difference in the dishes. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very attentive to everyone's needs. Impeccable service and exceptional food, both in quality and presentation. Well done!
I would like to add that they took the utmost care and attention for me as I have to eat gluten-free. I had a really good time. I recommend it especially for people like me who suffer every time they want to eat at a restaurant. Thank you 🙏🏻
I have to compliment you on the way I ate GLUTEN FREE, both for the appetizers (fried in breadcrumbs) and first courses, for the first time I ate the ravioli cooked at the gluten-free restaurant, excellent, the spaghetti also delicious, all really good, the The only small flaw was the slightly excessive price, for a fixed menu, a few years ago it was more affordable, I will return as soon as possible with friends to give 5 stars CONGRATULATIONS

Beautiful place, welcoming and menu for all palates and above all gluten free... I suggest good and above all being able to draw the placemats while waiting for the sandwich... certainly the colors for the children but we adults had fun... too bad they threw away the drawing by mistake....🫣😅
I didn't know him, it was late for lunch but the kindness surpassed the time. Excellent restaurant with courses that enhance the "ganzirrota" tradition: swordfish rolls strictly from the Strait and lots of other fresh fish that also enriches the tastes of the first courses. Professional service and great courtesy. The icing on the cake is a wide choice of Gluten free dishes to the delight of those who, like me, suffer from Celiac Disease.

Very good pizzas, also the gluten-free ones. We have tried several places in the area and it is our favorite, highly recommended even if you have to wait in line to get a table.
Cozy atmosphere, a bit mountain hut style. The staff are fantastic. It feels at home! Unfortunately, being celiac, I cannot taste the food, but they always try to accommodate me with cocktails, studying solutions suitable for my pathology. Thanks always! 🩷
PS. A real shame not to be able to taste their dishes, because they look amazing! The pizza is mouth watering and the meat is no different!
Superb restaurant in the central Taormina area, with very friendly and helpful staff. Here I found the possibility of ordering both gluten-free first and second courses as well as artisanal pizza; I chose a first course of seafood linguine which was good although perhaps a little too al dente according to my personal taste. I recommend celiacs in the area to try it.
Excellent in everything, as soon as we entered they immediately put us at ease, the person who advised us and took the lead was Mr. Giuseppe, really friendly and attentive in everything, there was even a celiac person at the table and he was attentive and advised for each course avoiding any problem of contamination. The characteristic food based on horse meat was truly delicious and the fish we ate was very fresh. In conclusion, passing through Aci Castello is a must stop in the name of good taste and friendliness. We will definitely return.
Positive experience at Mineo's pizza house, friendly waiters, comfortable sofa seats, I took the GLUTEN-FREE pizza, obviously it seemed completely frozen to me but it doesn't matter, the important thing is that I was able to be with the others who eat "normally" and above all I wasn't sick due to contamination
