We had such a great experience eating at Root Down DIA! The food was delicious! My husband and I were shocked at how good the food tasted, considering that we were eating at the airport. Root Down is actually one of the best places we've ever eaten at, regardless of it being in an airport. The burgers were juicy and cooked perfectly, and the sweet potato fries were delicious with the home made ranch dressing. My kids both gobbled down their food, which doesn't always happen at restaurants. The menu thoughtfully listed the gluten free and vegan food items, which made my life very easy. The atmosphere was fun, inviting and kid-friendly, and there were many tables with a view of the planes outside. We would love to dine here again in the future.

I ordered the BLT on gluten free bread. Fast service - I ordered from the Togo window. I was glad for the quick service as my flight was going to leave in 35 minutes. It came in about 5 minutes

Not celiac safe even though they market GF bread. Been twice where they handed me a ciabatta bread with clear instructions of needing gluten free bread

The wife ordered 2 of the same burger, but one had a gluten-free bun, then ran to make our connection. We got on the plane and realized we had no way to tell which burger was the GF burger. I took a guess and guessed wrong. An epipen and a few benadryl later we made it home. Great food. Just wish they had marked one or the other.

Went to the grab-n-go side for a gluten-free burrito bowl and Tostitos salsa verde chips. It was super flavorful and filling. Perfect quick bite between flights.
