Best meal in Venice! Many gluten free appetizers, mains, and desserts. The staff is very knowledgeable & asked about allergens as we were seated. The meal was so incredibly flavorful. A hidden gem to enjoy when you want a break from traditional Italian food.

Restaurant with natural ingredients but NOT 100% gluten-free. They have options like almost all places in Venice. Good rice with a fairly natural flavor but not exceptional. Too small amount per person, if you eat moderately you will be left hungry, we ordered a cheese risotto starter for 2, 1 tiramisu dessert and 2 glasses of wine. All 81 euros. Expensive for the quantity which is very little rice and 4 cheeses.

If you cover gluten-free pizza with gluten, we are not talking about gluten-free or "contamination", it is called negligence to the detriment of the customer. I have a strong intolerance for refined flours, but I have no problems with contamination and I am used to pizzerias that warn me of the risk (such as in the same kitchen or at most on a carefully separated tray, in short, a counterpart to the old "may contain traces of ”) Being a renowned pizzeria with this option I decide to order a takeaway, I am also warned of the usual thing mentioned above. The next day I start to swell and have all the side effects of when I ingest thin gluten flours (00.01 kamut etc). And I don't understand why. After a long investigation I begin to hypothesize that perhaps the chefs, through ignorance or negligence, equated my acceptance of proceeding with a whim to follow fashion, applying the "eye sees not, heart does not pain". Desperate because, I'm still sick almost two weeks later (as usual the effects last between 2 weeks and a month) I can't trace anything back, by exclusion I only have them left, so I only scroll through the reviews on Trip Advisor to discover that I am just one number among many and that as I had hypothesized (and I thought I had seen) they slap gluten-free pizzas not only in the same oven with the others, but also with the same shovel and on bases dirty with flour. So you can eat the flour regardless, other than "risk of contamination". I am speechless, I will never go back there again and I will spread the word in the necessary pages. Don't forget 3 weeks of discomfort.

We had lunch along the bank of the canal, very suggestive. Good pizza, even gluten-free. Even inside, a modern environment. Very courteous and helpful staff. Average prices

Had the most amazing sea food and gluten free pasta (which tasted like normal pasta, even better… to my surprise). We had our starter quickly but waited a bit for the main. However the very nice waiter had already checked for us. Quite nice atmosphere as well. Would highly recommend!
