For the first time, after almost 3 years of living in the Talent/Nomentana area again, I tried to get a pizza from Manforte, also having them gluten-free. I admit that both the normal and gluten-free pizza was really good, light and baked, and you can notice and taste the difference. The only real flaw, of which I attach photos, was that I ordered a portion of chips, completely black. Now they will want to make me believe who knows what, being 54 years old and having eaten french fries like this everywhere, I have never had them. And even paying for it, a little bit of bitterness remains. I hope if I ever return I won't be disappointed. Fabrizio Masci

They have gluten-free options. We ordered a regular carbonara and a gluten-free pasta. Both were delicious and reasonably priced. They have a menu that includes a drink and dessert.
