A fully gluten-free kitchen! I love getting the build your own bowl with salad greens, sweet corn, sweet potato, carrots, salmon, spicy mayo, and crunchy onions. It's so good! I also tried their green chile stew today. chunks of beef and just the right spice to melt your sinuses!

The Bandeja Paisa and chicken salad were delicious. Accompanied with fruit juices of Milo and maracuyá. What a treat! Their menu is gluten free and has some vegetarian options.

I just want to note that it's smart to get on the wait list (on their website or by phone if you have a larger party) if you plan a weekend brunch or Balloon Fiesta meal there, it gets very busy. I noticed several people walking away after learning about the long wait. The food here is great, portion sizes are quite large, and the service is excellent. It's definitely worth the extra planning to enjoy the gigantic gluten free pancakes or many varieties of egg dishes.

I can't even explain how GOOD everything is. I have tried so many gluten free goodies, and these ones are the best. Honestly, I haven't stopped dreaming of the apple fritter since I had it! Can't wait to find these out and about and even place an order too!
