Instructor Message

If I had only had a step-by-step handbook when I started out blogging, my path would have been a whole lot easier and much more seamless! When I started blogging six years ago I hadn’t the faintest idea of what that entailed. It was still the early days of craft blogging so resources and advice were limited and pretty much non existent. Through a lot of trial and error, great mentoring, and forgiving clients I have acquired skills, confidence, and efficiency as DIY blogger and now I want to share my knowledge with you!

The DIY Blogger Handbook is intended to remove the mystery of what a successful DIY blog post is and empower you with the tools and skills needed to create one yourself. The class is perfect for every tutorial-based blogger and brand--from the beginner to the more experienced blogger to bloggers simply wanting to improve their styling, photography, and social media presence. There are countless tips, anecdotes, and examples intended to help you along in creating a fantastic DIY blog post.

As a bonus, some of the very finest in the industry have contributed their tips and advice in special interviews with Grace Bonney of design*sponge, Jordan Ferney of Oh Happy Day, Kelly Lanza of Studio DIY, Ashley Rose of Sugar & Cloth, Brittni Mehlhoff of Paper & Stitch, Jenn Elliott Blake of Scout Blog, Lexy Ward of The Proper Pinwheel, Erin Souder of House of Earnest, and Chelsea Foy of Lovely Indeed.

In this course you will be taken through each crucial step in creating a cohesive and beautiful DIY post that will be sure to be clicked, pinned, & shared non-stop!
